I stopped going to sleep late at night. I am getting myself used to sleep before 10:30 and wake up around 05:30.
I stopped skipping breakfast. I’m having a healthy meal every morning to stay energetic during the day.
I stopped drinking soda and I make sure my bottle is filled with water all over the day.
I stopped discussing problems without giving solutions.
I stopped texting too much on the phone. Wanna talk? Let’s meet in some place and have a nice chat!
I stopped gossiping and judging. People have different personalities and every person has the right to enjoy his/her way of life, as long as no one is getting harmed.
